MacDonald Steel Limited was established in 1957 as a custom steel fabrication company. Today as a diversified company we are committed to the high standard of quality and workmanship for a wide variety of industries.

We provide a full range of value added services ranging from steel cutting and forming to welding, CNC machining, blasting and finish painting. We also provide final assembly of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical assembly as well as site installation to incorporate a full turnkey capability. Our team of Design Technologists and Technicians is constantly working to contain costs and improve the manufacturing process for our customers.

Located in Cambridge, Ontario we are over 200 team members strong. Our modern facility of over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space is situated on 20 acres of prime industrial property, giving us the ability to produce parts and services of varying size and scope.

Over the years we have manufactured parts for the off road vehicle industry including machine chassis, fuel and hydraulic tanks, roll over protection structures, cabs, booms and other related products. Other manufacturing areas where we have also developed an expertise include acoustical control products, electrical switch-gear tanks, transformer fabrication, mobile shredding services and equipment for the beer and wine industry.

Being certified to CSA W47.1 as well as maintaining a Quality Assurance program based on the ISO 9002 standard has allowed us to easily exceed our customers quality expectations.
